Terms, kept human

The business rules of Swaplet, written the way we'd explain them across a table.

Swaplet is a lead and matching marketplace. Visitors tell us what they're looking for; we convert that into anonymized demand; verified agents pay flat fees to unlock leads or send listing invites; hosts earn bounties when the demand they captured is monetized.

By submitting information, visitors authorize Swaplet to use it for matching, listing invites, agent introductions, relevant offers they opted into, analytics, product improvement, and aggregated insights — as described in our privacy summary, with opt-outs available anytime.

Hosts and agents may only upload or submit contacts they have permission to share, must hold the authorizations they attest to (brokerage, seller, or client permission), and are responsible for how they contact and work with leads after an unlock or accepted intro — including compliance with their local licensing and messaging rules.

All fees are flat and never contingent on any transaction closing. Host bounties are platform credits unless otherwise approved. Cash-outs are labeled lead-referral payouts. Credits have no cash value outside the approved cash-out flow.

Swaplet may rank, score, package, price, promote, suppress, or expire leads and listing matches, and may use platform activity and submitted data to improve matching and build aggregated market insights. All contact access is subject to the gate: a paid unlock, a buyer-accepted intro, or approved admin access. We remove accounts that game these rules.
